60,000.00 - 75,000.00 USD /year Position Type: Full Time, Temporary/Contract/Project Job Category: Other AMX Programmer  Job Description: Aerotek is currently seeking an AMX Programmer for an up and coming Audio Visual company located in Chantilly, VA. JOB DESCRIPTION:1. Provide detailed product research, design and engineering required to produce programming for installation of audiovisual systems. 2. Produce and review design documentation for functionality and accuracy.3. Assist the sales and proposal departments in developing proposals and estimates for clients. 4. Oversee in system testing and calibration for proper performance. 5. Participate in a design review processes to ensure the quality and consistency of engineering work. 6. Attend client meetings during various phases of the project. JOB QUALIFICATIONS:1. Four-year technical degree in the Electronics or Computer field and one of the following, or at least two of the following:- 2-5 years of broad programming experience - 2-5 years of broad technical experience - 2-5 years of quality administration and engineering2. AMX Programming Certification.3. Intermediate experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft office suite.4.
