Manages an account development team and acts as the single point of contact for service delivery through outsourced providers.PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provides wide ranging sales, public affairs and account support to customers in assigned jurisdictions. Identifies revenue enhancement opportunities; develops and implements win strategy. Participates in prospect and customer presentations. Facilitates regular account development team meetings. Manages specific customer and government relationships. Acts as primary liaison between GTECH and state/jurisdiction lottery officials to maintain and ensure excellent customer relations. Support all procurements and extension activities. Communicates activity status to appropriate GTECH management in a timely fashion.
