ACCOUNTANT

Audit employee expense reports by verifying validity of receipts, accuracy of reported amounts, adherence to corporate travel policy, and appropriate level approvals are secured Audit petty cash reports by reviewing receipts and ensuring branches aren't exceeding their balances Assist management with resolution of higher profile complex issues involving branch operations management and/or vendor contacts Assist with monthly pro card reconciliation process Perform account reconciliations Help with es cheat/unclaimed property process Support customer service position when necessary Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent Ability to work through complex issues until resolved Self-starter and able to complete tasks without much supervision Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects to complete tasks within allotted time frames Capability of meeting deadlines Strong oral and written communication skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word Good work ethic Job Code : 7132-DF Division/Department : WESCO Distribution, Inc Skills : Accounting -> Accounts Payable/Receivable
