ABM - Staffing Accountant

This position is responsible for overseeing specifics GL and  accounting related functions; not limited to responsibilities as stated below.

 



Key Duties and Responsibilities:

·  Prepare monthly journal entries for the Northern California Region

·  Prepare balance sheet accounts reconciliation to ensure accuracy of G/L in compliance with GAAP

·  Responsible for maintaining, updating various monthly schedules in Excel

·  Responsible for maintaining schedules for fixed assets, prepaid accounts, and accruals

·  Generate monthly schedules and related journal entries for labor and Payroll tax expenditures

·  Responsible for auditing and processing all taxes and business licenses related issues for Northern California

·  Assist with A/P System related issues, as needed

·  Assist Operation Management Teams on various inquiries related to P&L issues

·  Handle additional projects or tasks assigned by the Region Controller or Accounting Manager
