Field Service Technician, Senior level position. Responsible for service and commissiong of burners, controls and instrumentation for single and multi burner applications for utility, pulp & pape, petrochemical and heavy applications. Most work is performed on customer job sites so significant travel is required. Location texas Gulf Coast area.
Heavy electrical/electronics background is required. Instrumentation experience required. Must be able to program and troubleshoot control systems and instrumentation.Boiler and burner experience focused on gas and oil firing. Experience with Single Loop Digital control systems and PLCs is preferred. Boiler operator experience is preferred.High School plus some form of training on instrumentation, controls and boilers. Associates degree, formal manufacturer's training, trade school or military.College course work in an engineering field. BSEE or BSME engineering degree preferred.Must be able to work in an industrial environment. Must be willing to do physical work to accomplish goals (this is not a "supervisory" position.90-100% travel
