Job Description:A construction company located in the Arlington area is looking for a star administrative assistant to support the entire office of 5. They are seeking someone that is confident, personable, reliable, loyal, and efficient. Duties of the position include, but are not limited to: Drafting/Proofing documents Running reports Responding to correspondence via phone, email, and snail mail. Use independent judgment in completing activities and operating under general supervision. May be responsible for assisting with budget preparation and control. Analyzing complex information. Scheduling appointments. They really need a team player. Someone that is able to work well with others and apply themselves without being told. Qualified candidates will have proficient experience in Microsoft Word and Excel and will be able to type a minimum of 35-40 wpm. You also must be able to provide three work/personal references.
