2nd Shift Call Center - Customer Service Representatives - Multiple Openings

This Position is Responsible For: Handling inbound inquiries via phone and email Assisting clients with questions about website, products, and services Placing orders and verifying order accuracy and completion Inputting information regarding calls into system Communicating with clients regarding various promotions Tracking customer packages and troubleshooting Delivering excellent customer service! Schedule: Approximately 40 hours per week, Monday thru Friday from 1pm to 11pm Candidates must be willing to work flexible hours based on call demand There is an opportunity to become permanent, candidates will be evaluated based on excellent customer service and excellent attendance Job Requirements: Strong communication skills and excellent customer service skills Pleasant phone voice and enthusiastic nature Familiarity with Microsoft office software including proficiency in Excel At least 2 or more years experience in customer service OR 1 + years in call center Ability multi-task and ability to be detailed and thorough in work process High school diploma or equivalent. Must have a good criminal background and pass drug test This position is located in the North Raleigh / Wake Forest area, candidates must have reliable transportation Candidates will be administered a Call Center test and will also have one week of paid training.
