2 Customer Service Professionals Needed To Start ASAP

Due to internal promotions, our established Mercedes-Benz Customer Care Team is looking for 2 Customer Service Professionals to join them in delivering our trademark world-class customer service to our Mercedes-Benz customers and dealers across the USA and Canada.

As a Mercedes-Benz Customer Care Representative, you will respond to a variety of incoming calls from our customers and our dealers regarding billing concerns, service cancellations, credid card information and any questions or concerns pertaining to their account.  These positions are ideal for someone with an upbeat, positive personality and a "can do" attitude. 

Available Shifts:

1) Monday - Friday, 1:30pm-10:00pm

2) Mon, Tues, Wed, 9:00am-8:00pm and Saturday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to touch-type a MINIMUM of 40wpm (typing test may be given at interview)

Excellent keyboard skills including data entry and 10-key

Working knowledge of MS Office, Internet and Email

Ability to multitask is ESSENTIAL

Strong work ethic with proven job stability

True passion for customer service

Sales ability an advantage

Some college education preferred

As well as a competitive pay rate of $12.12-$13.47/hr, we offer bonus, shift differential and overtime opportunities.  Our benefits package includes 2 weeks vacation, 1 week sick leave and 11 holidays per year, 401K fully vested at time of enrollment, company match up to 4%.
