This position requires:- making travel arrangements- event coordination: setting up meeting times, sending correspondence, food arrangements, etc...- processing employee reimbursement- tracking budget and attendance of dept. - other duties as assignedCandidate must possess proficient skills in Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Candidate must be flexible to position turning to full time then back to part time. Candidate must have two to three years of administrative assistant experience. This position is for 3 days a week 8 hours a day.
