Youth Programming Service Director

Eliot Community Human Services, a nonprofit human services agency seeks an experienced versatile manager to support the Juvenile Justice and Social Services Divisions. This  individual will provide clinical, programmatic and administrative support and supervision to a multi-site youth programming residential network.  Candidate must possess a clear understanding of the populations and services models.  Experience in the residential system to include working knowledge of regulatory requirements of DYS, DSS and DEEC, strong managerial, leadership, crisis, & clinical skills.  Program Start-up and transition experience a plus.

 

Must have strong written and verbal communication skills for proposal and grant writing and liaison work with collaterals. Masters degree required w/ 5-8 yrs. related experience at least 3 years in a supervisory/managerial role.   Eliot Community Human Services offers a competitive salary and has a comprehensive benefits packages including 4 weeks vacation.
