Team Leader/Call Center Supervisor
IDC, a growing consulting firm providing fundraising services to prestigious non-profits for over 30 years, is accepting resume for a Team Leader/Call Center Supervisor.

As a leader, must be a high-energy agent of change with a positive supervisory/leadership philosophy. Ability & desire to build & lead a team of 15 - 20 tele-communications professionals to be successful in a fast-paced call center environment. Must be a self-starter that demonstrates confidence & passion. Previous supervisory experience is required. Must have basic MS Office skills. Customer service/call center supervisory experience a plus. Fundraising experience a definite plus.
