XL Associates (www.xlanow.com) is currently seeking a Subcontracts Administrator for a Contract position with one of our prestigious clients in Rockville, MD. Our client is a non-profit organization that provides innovative services to meet the unique needs of military medicine, including research administration, program management and staffing, clinical trials, education support and event planning.

Experience:
Minimum of 4 years relevant work experience in non-profit/government/industry contracting/subcontractingKnowledge of FAR and OMB Circlulas (preferred)Superior computer skills (MS Office Suite)
Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
