Sr. Accountant - DC's Best Non Profit
Newly created position in the corporate finance group of one of DC's most prestigous Non Profits with a focus on the areas of education and environmental preservation. Position will be responsible for the monthly closing of the books including journal entry preparation, journal entry review, and subsequent account analyses/reconciliations related to assigned products and/or departments. Other duties include interfacing with department heads on departmental budgets and compliance from external funding sources.Position requires a BS in Accounting and 2 years of experience.
