Support the Registration Services Senior Administrator in the timely and accurate management of registration and housing of the AAN's Annual Meeting, Regional Conferences, Continuing Medical Education (CME), and Residency In-servie Training (RITE).

Primary DutiesLiaison with registration and housing vendor for website development to include coordinating the website testing for registration and housing. Staff support for AAN housing block to include rebate tracking. Maintain fee exceptions list for Annual Meeting. Primary contact for letters of announcement. Serve as backup for meeting registrar in iMIS and registration and housing vendor registration site. Primary staff liaison for registration and housing vendor registrant database to include assigning AAN identification numbers. Staff support for President’s Reception to include invitation list management and distribution of invitations. Assist with post-meeting financial reconciliation of meeting invoices and maintaining the vendor contract database. Assist in budget preparation and documentation. Primary staff liaison to two awards and one section. Process Continuum scorecards, scientific session evaluation forms, and CME requests. Primary contact for CME questions and transcripts. Update Member Services Division about Research, Education & Development division activities.

Associate's degree or equivalent
