Senior Secretary
The Archdiocese of Philadelphia is currently seeking a Senior Secretary to support the Academic Dean of the Theology Division and Krol Chair for St. Charles Seminary in Wynnewood.
High School diploma and five years’ administrative/secretarial experience required. Strong organizational and computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Access are imperative.
Greets visitors and answers phones. Manage office supplies and office budget using Excel spreadsheets. Maintains copier including monthly billing. Prepares all regular correspondence for Dean, Theology Faculty and holder of the Krol Chair. Maintains records including faculty files and syllabi files. Coordinates book orders with faculty, students, and outside vendors. Prepares materials for Concursus. Processes student evaluations of faculty. Assists holder of Krol Chair with publications, conferences and other events.
