Residential Manager
Full time manager to oversee the day to day operation and staffing of one or more group residences serving adults with intellectual disabilities.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
ü Manage all health care needs and all medications prescribed to residents.
ü Prepare individual services plans, assessments, and progress notes.
ü Complete financial assessments and develop training plans to maximize each individual’s responsibility for their personal finances.
ü Prepare and maintain confidential records for consumers.
ü Ensure governmental subsidies are established and renewed as needed.
ü Supervise Direct care staff in assigned residence(s).
