Residential Counselors
The Walden Street School is a 24-bed residential treatment program in Concord, MA for adolescent girls ages 12-22. We are currently seeking hard-working, reliable, and caring individuals to join our team. 1st and 2nd shift residential counselor positions are available working with students who experience emotional and behavioral difficulties. Job responsibilities include direct care of adolescent girls in a therapeutic milieu, facilitating activities, providing transportation, teaching daily living skills, and maintaining the safety and security of the program. Competitive Salary plus full benefits including health, dental, life insurance, 401K, pension plan, tuition reimbursement, gym membership and wellness incentives.Experience working with adolescents and/or a degree in social work, psychology, sociology, or a related field preferred.
