Recruiter Coordinator - Contract (21hr)

Leading national nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting the environmental rights of all people, including future generations.  These rights are access to clean air and water, healthy and nourishing food, and flourishing ecosystems.

 

 

Recruiter Coordinator Duties/Responsibilities:

Complex calendar management (specifically as it applies to scheduling interviews)

Speak with hiring managers about job descriptions and Post positions to various internet sites

Query internet databases for candidates

Coordinate with search firms and contract employee agencies

Review resumes; source, screen and interview potential candidates; schedule interviews

Create offer packages; assist new hires with on-boarding process

Track and report applicant & interview data; maintain recruitment records in accordance with firm, state and federal regulations

Effectively handle offers and associated administrative duties, handle inquiries regarding benefits, employment policies and procedures.

 

Qualifications/Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years experience in a recruiting coordinator role in a corporate environment

Must be able to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects with changing priorities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent phone etiquette

Ability to work independently with strong administrative/problem solving skills

Highly organized and able to prioritize with attention to detail

Ability to multi-task and follow up with sense of urgency on all matters

Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively with all levels of executive management

Ability to handle confidential matters and information

Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel. PowerPoint is a plus
