Receptionist (Part-Time)

Mather LifeWays is a unique not-for-profit organization.  We enhance the lives of older adults by creating Ways to Age Well.  We are seeking a Part-Time Receptionist for our Senior Living Residence located in Wilmette.

 

Provides reception services to include phone service, greeting residents and guests, provide information to residents, and monitoring building access. Arrange transportation service. Provide guest room reservation, check-in and check-out service. Receive packages and process work orders.


This position is only 15 hours a week.

 

Required: Must be available ALL shifts, 7a.m.-3pm, 3p.m.-11p.m., and 11p.m.-7 a.m. HS diploma, good communication, telephone and multi-tasking skills Computer skills: MS Office (Word, Excel). Preferred: Reception experience.
