Receptionist
Since 1967, Phoenix House has been putting men, women and teens on the road to recovery. The largest non-profit alcohol and drug abuse treatment and prevention facility in the nation, each day we treat more than 5,000 persons in nearly 100 residential and outpatient programs throughout nine states.
Our adolescent, upstate facility in Shrub Oak is looking for a receptionist.
Duties:
Answering multi-line switchboard
Transfer calls to appropriate lines
Receives and deliver messages
Receives and signs for packages
Monitor front desk area
Maintain cleanliness of area
Maintain staff and visitor’s sign in/out logbook
Greet visitors and direct to appropriate offices
Hours are 8 am – 4 pm.
Requirements:
High School/GED Diploma
1+ Years reception experience
