Nonprofit housing agency seeking detail oriented person to manage 117 affordable housing units for seniors.  Property management experience required.  Experience working with seniors, a plus.  Excellent people and computer skills.  The Administrator performs varied administrative and clerical duties, oversees the physical maintenance, and is responsible for establishing and maintaining positive resident relations.  F/T.
