  WESTVIEW SERVICES IS NOW HIRING FOR COACHES in Orange County You must be between the ages of 25-70; must have a reliable auto - insured and registered; must have a valid CA driver's license; must have a good driving record; must read, write and communicate in English; must pass a fingerprint background check, pre-placement physical and business reference check. This full-time position offers dayshift work hours, Monday through Friday, and benefits after successfully completing the 90-day introductory period to include medical, dental, vision, paid-time-off, flexible spending account, 403(b), education assistance, direct deposit and credit union services.

Westview operates over 30 programs and services 2000 clients throughout Southern CA, Arizona, and Nevada.

The COACHES' responsibility is to understand, support, and implement the goals/objectives in the client's Individual Centered Plan (ICP). Additionally, develop, support, and implement purposeful and age appropriate scheduled activities in keeping with the goals/objectives set in each client's ICP.
