Wesley Spectrum Services, located in Southwestern Pennsylvania, is a regional human services organization with headquarters in the Pittsburgh area. Currently, Wesley Spectrum is seeking a Program Director for our Family and Child Development Center based out of Gibsonia, PA.This position provides the overall leadership for the BHRS and center-based social skills and creative arts therapies for children and adolescents with autistic spectrum disorders at four sites throughout the greater Pittsburgh area. The program also includes a K-3 school for children with autism. 

 

The Program Director insures that the services delivered are effective, represent best practices in the field, and meet all licensing and regulatory requirements.  Other responsibilities include budget preparation and financial management, business development, program growth and enhancement, supervision of Assistant Directors, marketing, participation as a member of the Wesley Spectrum Leadership Group and promoting organizational efforts in public policy, wellness, quality, strategic planning and other agency-wide initiatives.

Qualifications: Masters degree in human services or related field with at least seven (7) years of experience in related clinical field.  Minimum of five (5) year supervisory/management level experience. Valid PA driver’s license or ability to obtain such license, with proof of vehicle insurance coverage.  Ability to travel from site to site to perform tasks. Only candidates that currently meet the minimum qualifications will be considered.
