We are currently looking for Administrative, Executive Assistants, Program Coordinators and Program Assistants to support various levels of management and senior members of the management team. Volt is a full-service, staffing resource providing flexible and direct staffing solutions for organizations and career management for individuals in the specialty skill areas of office support, clerical, customer service, call center, electro-mechanical assembly and light industrial. Have you arranged extensive travel for others? Are you an "out of the box thinker"? We are seeking someone with excellent organizational skills, strong common sense and the ability to think quickly on their feet. Ideally we are seeking experience that includes heavy Outlook calendaring and the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficiency with MS Word 07, Outlook 07, and Excel 07. Experience in arranging extensive travel domestic/international both multi-leg and domestic. Access and Power Point are also helpful.
