Problem Investigator Associate/Senior Associate
1 Full time Position. An opportunity of work in all areas of biomedical organization as a problem investigator. Responsibilities would include identify and investigate problems while working with department representatives from line staff to supervisors on identifying true root causes and effective corrective actions. Ensures timeframes for problem reporting are met while working with department staff and manager in a “team” environment. Opportunities to participate on regional/divisional and national problem solving teams as well as advancement opportunities within the Region/ Division and Organization. Qualifications include: 2 ;year degree in relevant discipline preferred; 3 years of relevant work experience required, preferably in quality assurance, process improvement or regulated industry; and advanced analytical and problem solving skills required. Demonstrated inter-personal skills and organizational and time management skills required. Position is grade 8 or 10 depending on experience and education. Hours are 1ST Shift M-F, occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
