Our Positive Resolutions program has an exciting job opportunity for a Personnel Manager to work in their values-based, team-oriented environment. Successful candidate will have 3 to 5 years of significant, demonstrated experience managing all aspects of personnel recruitment and retention, training and development, scheduling and coordinating shift coverage, and progressive disciplinary actions. Other requirements include management experience in a non-profit environment, demonstrated knowledge and experience with residential services for mentally ill clients, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, strong organizational and computer skills, a valid PA driver's license, reliable transportation, and a strong desire to provide the highest quality of residential care.
