Part time Administrative Assistant
Immediate opportunity for a part time. Experienced Church Administrative Assistant with well-developed social and communication skills; will report to the Director of Operations/Church Administrator, and principal functions will be to manage church membership records and publications, with responsibility for smooth operations of the church office. Other duties include preparation and publication of all church newsletters, update website and general correspondence. The candidate must have an updated resume with similar experience in church software and the ability to work with spreadsheets. Clear background required. Send resume as a MsWord document for immediate consideration.Attend weekly support staff and full staff meetings and take, type and distribute meeting minutes to appropriate staff members. Assist the Support Staff with work pool projects that arise. Excellent Customer Service skills. Compose, Edit, and transcribe correspondence and other material for pastoral programs.
