Outside Sales
Planet Aid is a non-profit 501(c) (3) organization dedicated to improving the lives of people in developing countries. Our objectives include development, relief aid and protecting the environment.
We have a recycling initiative that is conducted through the placement of clothing collection boxes throughout the New England area. The proceeds from the sale of the clothing are used to support community development projects in Africa, Central America, and Asia.
Planet Aid is seeking a full time Site Finder to help secure additional site locations to place our clothes collection boxes. Applicant must be a highly motivated sales person with a minimum experience of 5 years outside sales. Candidate should be well organized, persistent, articulate, and be able to comfortably interact with individuals, business owners and property owners. Candidate must demonstrate outstanding communication and presentation skills, as the Site Finder will represent our organization to the public. Site Finders’ daily tasks will consist of immersing themselves in the community and building relationships with local business owners in pursuit of their permission to host a collection box. Compensation is base salary plus bonuses, with earning potential from $30K to $45K annually. Site finders will be expected to meet weekly sales goals and will be compensated accordingly. Applicant must have a reliable means of transportation to fulfill job requirements.
Interested candidates may submit their resume to Joe Pireira at joe.pereira@planetaid.org
Please respond via email with the following in the subject line: “Full Time Outside Sales Rep”.
