Membership Marketing & Retention Specialist

If  you have excellent telephone and customer service skills, the National Automobile Dealers Association is seeking a Membership Marketing & Retention Specialist to assist the membership manager with member retention through telephone, electronic and written communications; coordinate marketing efforts, service Top 20 chain memberships, fulfill and monitor intra-departmental query requests.  Incumbent will be responsibile for responding to all incoming correspondence, administering Membership Campaign Awards program; administering database maintenance tasks, creating exception reports and statistical reports as needed; generating invoices resulting from rention calls and updating member records.

Skills and Abilities

Associate degree and at minimum one year experience in a customer service oriented environment or 3-4 years work experience in related fields.  Intermediate knowledge of computer-based membership systems, Microsoft Office (emphasis on Access and/or database maintenance is preferred).  Excellent oral/written communication and strong telephone skills; ability to wrok efficiently with dealers, ATAEs and staff.  Must be detail oriented and able to work effectively independently and in a team environment.
