Manager, Corporate Marketing Partnerships

Manager, Corporate Marketing Partnerships (NYC National Headquarters)

 

Reporting to the Director of Corporate Marketing Partnerships, the Manager will serve as primary contact with corporate partners, coordinating all internal and external resources to ensure the programs are effectively executed and both the partners’ and USF’s needs are met.  Primary responsibilities include:

 

· Developing account plans for partners that are strategic, reflect growth opportunities and meet their objectives (this person will be accountable for meeting specific revenue targets).

 

· Cultivating, managing and growing key relationships with corporate marketing partners.

 

· Developing and implementing account plans which maximize partnerships through cause-related marketing, promotional activities, sponsorships, and customer marketing activities while also delivering on the partners’ business and philanthropy goals.

 

· Initiating innovative ideas to generate new revenue (will be accountable for meeting revenue targets) and develop compelling proposals.

 

· Negotiating financial terms and contracts with corporate partners.

 

· Making presentations and leading meetings externally with corporate partners and also with internal partners from other departments.

 

Qualifications

 

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years of work experience developing integrated marketing programs (e.g. online, retail, PR, advertising, etc.) targeting different audiences in the corporate sector. Ideally, candidates will have direct experience in a marketing, sponsorship, brand management, or account management role. He/she must also possess a demonstrated track record of managing multi-year, strategic corporate partnerships. Excellent writing, interpersonal and presentation skills are required and strong networking and relationship building skills are a must.  The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience developing and implementing business plans, including goals, strategies, and tactics.   Ability to travel up to 20% to domestic and international developing country locations required.
