MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT

Southern California Presbyterian Homes (SCPH), a leading not-for-profit organization providing quality housing, health and support services for older adults since 1955, is seeking a MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT to support it’s affordable housing facilities of Clark Terrace I and Clark Terrace II in Norco, CA and William C. Arthur Terrace in Corona, CA.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, this position assists in the overall quality of maintenance operations of the Affordable Housing facility within a safe environment to ensure the well being of residents and staff. This includes, but is not limited to:

 Physical Plant MaintenanceFacility Janitorial Resident Relations



JOB REQUIREMENTS:

 High School diploma, or equivalent One year prior experience working in a maintenance / janitorial position preferred Ability to work well with older adultsKnowledge of general maintenance and janitorial Must have personal transportation and a safe driving record Ability to speak Spanish a plus
