Join A Fantastic Team! - Assistant Needed $40-50K

Prestigious nonprofit firm is eager to find a Program Assistant to become a primary point of contact to a dynamic group of professionals! Enjoy plenty of variety in this fast-paced role as you frequently interface with new individuals to move forward key projects while also handling some general administrative duties. In this role, you will quickly become a strong right arm Assistant as you become increasingly involved with short/long-term assignments that directly assist this team with their top priorities!

Primary responsibilities:
-Review general documents/paperwork for accuracy and completion.
-Enter and update phone numbers, business addresses, and work email into contact databases. Maintain on file all master electronic Word documents and presentations.
-Coordinate off-site meetings and requested time scheduling for team members.
-Prioritize and book all flight travel arrangements as needed.
-Route with a strong sense of urgency all correspondence for review and appropriate sign-offs.
-Participate in special team meetings as requested.

Qualifications:
-3-5+ years of previous administrative experience in fast-paced professional environment.
-Well developed written and oral communication skills to provide frequent project updates.
-Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask with great follow through.
-Solid proficiency in all MS Office applications.
-College degree preferred. Science background is a plus, however not required.
