Â
Well-established, expanding non-profit serving developmentally disabled adults is seeking energetic and compassionate FULL TIME and PART-TIME JOB COACHES to provide training and supervision for mentally challenged disabled adults working in the community. You will participate in pre-placement training including mobility training, orienting to new work situations and to employer’s expectations. You will work alongside the disabled worker assisting the individual to learn and function well at the assigned tasks, participate in the satisfaction of a job well done and document successes, and new objectives.

Qualifications:
·      Experience working with disabled preferred
·      Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally
·      High School or GED preferred
·      Available to work a flexible schedule (20-30 hours a week for part-time). May include some weekends and evenings.
·      Valid CA drivers license, good driving record
·      Car and auto insurance
·      Approved criminal background check

Salary: $10.00 - $12.50 per hour plus good benefits and mileage reimbursement
