Join our team of professionals whose mission is to eliminate domestic and sexual violence through treatment and prevention services across Oakland County, Michigan.

Qualifications include: MSW/MA in social service or related field, Experience with adult, teen and child victims of domestic violence, sexual assault and child abuse; Ability to identify and meet with counseling needs of adult perpetrators of domestic violence; Minimum of 1-year supervisory experience; Knowledge of program evaluation process; Must be skilled at working with resistant populations; Group work experience a must; Flexible schedule with evening availability a must; Bi-lingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include: Coordinate planning and delivery of Intervention In Battering (IIB) program and services; Provide individual and group counseling sessions; Provide supervision training, professional development and evaluation of IIB staff, volunteers and interns; Market program to potential referral sources and educate community on issues related to battering.
