The J. Paul Getty Trust, an international cultural and philanthropic organization dedicated to the visual arts, has the following employment opportunity available: Insurance Administrator, Risk Management Reporting to the Risk Manager, the workers compensation Insurance Administrator applies comprehensive knowledge in overseeing workers’ compensation claims administration for The J. Paul Getty Trust.  This position will administer workers’ compensation claims from inception to closure.  Duties include reporting claims to carrier, communicating with internal departments, Human Resources and payroll regarding claimant’s status and work restrictions.  Attend trials and depositions as necessary.  Maintain database of current claims as well as maintaining records of closed claims.  Schedule and participate in quarterly claim reviews with carrier and internal departments.  Complete annual “Survey of Occupational Injuries and Illnesses” for the Department of Labor.  Conduct training of supervisors and workers’ compensation coordinators on workers’ compensation procedures and issues.  Assists Risk Manager with insurance renewals and other risk management programs as necessary.  This position will also collect and report data related to liability and auto claims.  Qualifications:  4-5 years experience administering workers’ compensation claims, Bachelor’s degree, strong organizational skills and the ability to interface with employees at all levels of the organization.  Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred.We offer a first-class work environment and excellent benefits on your first day of employment including:· Full Medical (choice of 3 health plans and dependent coverage available) · Full Dental and Vision · 2 weeks paid vacation · 3 weeks paid sick leave · 403b employee investment plan with matching (up to 4%, vested) · Retirement plan fully sponsored by Getty (vested) · Free Fitness Center on-site · Life Insurance · Direct deposit, rideshare program, EAP and more · Alternate work week with every other Friday offHow to Apply:Please submit your resume along with salary history to the following:Email: jobs@getty.edu indicating “Workers Comp Admin” in the subject lineMail to: The J.
