REPORTS TO: Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Manager of Information Technology
Â
Summary:
IT Associate performs a variety of technical and administrative tasks to JCC Association computer and telephone systems, servers and networks.
Â
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Â
.       Perform help desk support management for the company.
·       Perform general network administration, including workstation maintenance, all printers support, and backup
·       Assist in maintenance of Firewall, Cisco Router, and Window 2003 Servers.
·       Provide basic training for new employees.
·       Provide phone, email, and general remote IT support to our clients.
Â
Qualifications:
Â
·       Bachelor Degree Preferred.
·       Ability to research problems independently and create solutions.
·       Must have 1-2 years Microsoft Exchange Server Support experience.
·       Must have an understanding of Active Directory, LDAP, Domain Controllers, File Security, and Group Policies.
·       Working knowledge of Blackbarry Server a plus.
·       Experience with Avaya IP Office a plus.
·       Solid understanding of network utility services including FTP, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, POP, etc.
·       Configuring Cisco Routers a plus
