Bay Cove Human Services is a private, not-for-profit corporation that provides a wide variety of services to individuals and their families who face the life-long challenges of developmental disabilities, aging, mental illness and drug and alcohol addiction. We have a wide variety of programs available to our clients including residential services, employment support, and day habilitation programs. Bay Cove's 1,400 highly trained employees serve more than 12,000 individuals and their families each year at more than 100 different program sites throughout Greater Boston and southeastern Massachusetts.

Responsibilities:Provide direct care and case management services to adults with mental illness living in a semi-independent rooming house.Assist in a manner that promotes self-determination, skills acquisition and overall independence and stability.Other duties as assigned. Qualifications:
BA/BS in human services or related field OR three years experience working in a human service setting.Demonstrated clinical, professional writing and organizational skills.Ability to make independent clinical assessments.Valid MA driver’s license required.Must pass MAP certification within three months of hire. Driving License Required? Yes
