Full-time position in Martinsville, VA. The Residential Care Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a group home for adults with mental retardation. Duties include overall supervision, scheduling, and coordination of staff within the home.  College degree in related field is preferred. At least three years of full-time direct service with persons with developmental disabilities or comparable experience is needed. Supervision experience is required. We offer a competitive salary and excellent benefits package. Criminal history and background check and pre-employment drug testing is required of selected applicant. Please send resume to:
