Human Resources Manager, Part Time for the Seasoned Veteran - Hollywood

This newly created position offers you the opportunity to make a strategic impact at a prominent non-profit organization, helping us help the community. This part-time (20 hours per week) role is ideal for a seasoned HR veteran who has other interests (semi-retirement or starting an online business, for example) but wants to keep their hand in the HR game. You'll interact with people throughout our organization and provide the full range of HR support for multiple programs with diverse needs. There will be no such thing as a "typical day," given the variety of clients you'll support -- about 120 people total. As one of three Directors, you will contribute to strategic planning.

To be a good fit for this opportunity you will have significant and broad HR experience and knowledge, including employment law, compensation, organizational planning and development, employee relations, safety, training and development, and more. We're looking for a professional with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, including a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with diverse employees at all levels of the organization.
