Human Resource Manager

Sole Human Resource Manager needed for multi-site social services, community development non-profit w/ approx 90 ees.  Middle Management role, reporting to Chief Financial Officer who reports to the President.  Responsibilities include entire HR generalist function.  Some duties include: full cycle recruitment process, benefits administration, employee relations, unemployment compensation administration, managing time and attendance function of payroll system, management coaching, planning events.  Responsible for personnel file maintenance & responding to several audits of files annually.  Requires ability to multi-task & prioritize ongoing projects & the flexibility to switch gears as appropriate.  Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality essential.   Ability to work w/ all levels of ees from senior to line staff.  Very hands-on position in non-profit environment.3-5 years exp in HR Generalist role, non-profit exp pref.  B.A. Degree required, PHR/ SPHR a plus.  Great benefits!
