We have an exciting opportunity for a Heart Ball Director for the Cincinnati Market. The main objective for the successful candidate will be to cultivate and secure corporate sponsorships and individual donors to meet aggressive fundraising goals. The Heart Ball Director is also responsible for recruiting and coaching high profile community leaders and volunteers to serve as gala committee members. The successful candidate will be responsible for the live and silent auction the night of the event, and the recruitment and management of the auction committee. In addition, the Heart Ball Director will manage the logistics for this black tie event.Our mission is to build healthier lives free of cardiovascular diseases and stroke. Candidates should possess a college degree or equivalent experience plus 2 years of strong and proven experience in results oriented fundraising or outside sales. Candidates will be highly organized, detail oriented, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
