Job Description: Flexible schedule, 9 am-1 pm and 2 pm-6 pm, Monday-Thursday; Friday, 10 am-2 pm Make outbound follow-up calls to constituents who have received gift solicitation letters asking for gifts to support the organization's mission and programs. Respond to objections that the call recipient may pose. Be generally knowledgeable about the organization, enabling the call representative to respond to questions from call recipients and/or refer them to the appropriate staff for response. Document donor and gift information accurately, following established procedures.
