Phoenix Children’s Hospital is Arizona’s only licensed children’s hospital, providing world-classcare in more than 40 pediatric specialties to our state’s sickest kids. Though Phoenix Children’s isone of the 10 largest freestanding children’s hospitals in the country, rapid population growth inArizona means the Hospital must grow as well. For moreinformation, visit the Hospital’s Web site at www.phoenixchildrens.com  POSITION SUMMARY: Reporting to the Director of Annual Leadership Giving, the Annual Giving Officer is responsible for the design, oversight, and implementation of the annual giving program at Phoenix Children’s Hospital Foundation. Efforts for soliciting and securing gifts for the annual fund will be centered on direct mail, e-communications, telemarketing, and various other annual fund giving vehicles, all in alignment with the overall strategic plans for the Foundation and Hospital. It is expected that the Annual Giving Officer will have a strong background in fundraising, communications, and marketing, coupled with a keen interest in and appreciation for the values and mission of Phoenix Children’s Hospital and Foundation. CB MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 1.  Five to seven years experience in fund development, preferably with an emphasis in annual giving programs.
