In this role you will assist in the following areas: clerical and receptionist duties; updating/maintaining database system, maintaining weekly schedules, agendas, maintaining confidential case files; and processing purchase requisitions. High school diploma or equivalent. Two to three years clerical experience preferred. Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Must have excellent typing skills, high level of proficiency in Microsoft applications, and have worked with data base systems. A general computer skills test will be required.
