Â
Summary Effectively represents PPL Electric Utilities at various public events to promote customer awareness of energy efficiency.
Â
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Â
Provide accurate information to PPL Electric Utility customers about energy efficiency, PPL Electric Utility Programs and website.
Â
Effectively handle customer questions.
Â
Set up and staff the PPL show booth and table top displays at various shows and community events.
Â
Establish rental agreements at various retail malls and other high traffic public areas.
Â
Maintain and store a sufficient supply of materials and distribute at events.
Â
Assist with booth set up and dismantling.
Â
Store, transport, set up and dismantle table top display.
Â
Document and report on interaction with customers.
Â
Work with Project Manager to identify the optimum venues for E-Power Team appearances.
Â
Provide Project Manager with a schedule of events for review and approval.
Â
Provide Project Manager with weekly and monthly reports.
Â
Participate in E-Power Team meetings.
Â
Prepare progress and productivity reports for Project Manager.
Â
Establish goals and action plans. Communicate progress to Project Manager weekly.
Â
