Employee Rights Administrative Assistant
1) Looking for legal/administrative assistant to assist the Staff Attorney and two Coordinators in the Employee Rights Division.Â
2) The position needs a self-motivator with minimal supervision and extensive skills in Microsoft Office products. Knowledge of Microsoft Access is a plus.Â
3) Requires accurate typing and proofing skills to prepare legal documents and other correspondence.Â
4) Position requires light legal research, gathering legal case information, preparing supporting documents, court exhibits, preparing subpoenas, affidavits, motions, interrogatories and staff attorney schedule.Â
5) Provide support on grievance matters, maintain filing system, maintain a member assistance computer database, order office supplies and provide front desk phone backup.Â
6) Position also prepares a monthly reports of division statistics on scheduled grievance hearings.
