Director of Education and Outreach
Alzheimer's Family Services Center, a nonprofit organization, a Health Partnership, and a leader in the field of dementia care, is seeking an expert in business development and geriatrics to join its executive management team as the Director of Education and Outreach. This individual is responsible for developing and overseeing implementation of a comprehensive annual education and outreach plan targeting caregivers, at-risk seniors, and health care professionals to enhance community awareness of the agency, knowledge about dementia, and care of affected individuals and their families. The individual will take a lead role in developing and implementing an earned income strategy for select education and outreach services that supports the agency's mission and offsets costs of providing free services for families in need. A demonstrated ability to cultivate business relationships and develop contracts is essential.
