Development Director

Seeking Development Director to provide leadership and management to all fundraising and marketing initiatives of the Children's Alliance. Plan, direct and implement a comprehensive development program that builds and expands philanthropic support for our work with sexually abused children. Working with the Board of Directors and Executive Director, identify, prioritize, cultivate, solicit and recognize all donors and prospects, including individuals, organizations, corporations and foundations. Develop the case for overall agency support and for project-specific and capital needs. Develop individual giving program, manage annual and membership appeals, oversee fundraising events, oversee donor database and serve as a representative of the organization at various forums. Minimum three to five years experience with all aspects of fund development desired, demonstrated success in meeting annual fundraising goals, and experience with requesting and receiving individual gifts at all levels. Supervisory experience ideal.
