Bancroft NeuroHealth is dedicated to fostering the highest quality of life for people of all ages with neurological disorders, including developmental disabilities and acquired brain injuries.

Bancroft's Management Information Systems (MIS) department has a Database Administrator position available to manage all organizational databases including database maintenance, reporting, backup, recovery, performance tuning, security configurations and end user setup.

Duties of the position include but are not limited to: - Supporting all organizational application database files • Supporting all organizational Microsoft Access datavase files • Maintaining all database files for all systems • Working with application venders to support the upgrade and patch processes • Assuring all database files meet organizational security requirements • Creating, maintaining and managing an organizational disaster recovery plan • Configuring SQL database replication • Supporting end users in building custom reports within the applications and independent of the applications using Crystal Reports or Microsoft SQL Reporting Services

**Must have experience in the following technologies: MS SQL 2000 and 2005, FoxPro, Pervasive, Crystal Reports, SQL Reporting Services, Access 2000/2003 and Excel.

Requirements: • High School diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred • Certification in Microsoft SQL required • Certification in FoxPro and Pervasive SQL desired • Must have at least 7 years real world experience in database administration and must be well adversed in Windows Server 2003 and Windows XP Pro • Valid Drivers license with no restrictions • Criminal Background clearance • Skills in organization, planning, and critical thinking • Excellent written and verbal communication • (2) Professional References
