Data Entry Clerk
PT-office clerk and Data Entry Clerk.
15 – 20 hours per week
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Bilingual a must
Must have knowledge of basic computer applications, have basic computer skills, including familiarity with word processing software, as well as other general office skills, and office machinery.
Be cooperative and able to work as part of a team, be a multi-tasker, have good communication skills, be detail oriented, and adaptable. Good work ethics is required.
Responsibilities and Task;
Filing and answering phones Faxing and scanning Making Doctor’s Appointments and Appointment follow-up Responsible for Basic office duties and as needed project assistance
